SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, and are shipped via the most suitable courier at the time. Tracking is provided on all shipments. Shipping times vary between 2-3 working days, so you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. If you’ve made an order and it has now been more than 5 working days, send us a message using our contact page quoting your order number.

Note: Any orders made during the weekend will be shipped out within 48 hours from monday. 

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer international shipping, and we are only able to fulfil orders made within the UK. 

However we are looking into offering international shipping soon. 

Due to our processing times any change requests must be sent within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. 

For any changes you would like to make to an existing order, please send us a message using the contact us page. Quote your order number, and the changes you would like to make. We will get back to you with how we can help.

All items are examined and tested in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfor­tunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at ascenthouse1@gmail.­com with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed we will dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, unless there is a fault with an item we don’t accept returns. Please ensure you’re happy with your order, before proceeding to payment.
